EDŻE

I am the founder of this awesome Reformer studio in the amazing city of Krakow. Fun fact: it's the one and only studio of its kind in town, and I guess I hold the title of being the sole instructor who conducts sessions in not one, not two, but five different languages! For all you lovely people out there, here's the scoop: my studio isn't just a place to work out; it's your home away from home. Certified as a medical personal instructor with EREPS LEVEL 4 (Reg No. 105674) and a master physiotherapist currently a student of Comprehensive Classical Pilates instructor, my job isn't just a job – it's my passion.
My Pilates journey started at the age of 15, thanks to my mom's genius move to address my bad posture. I fell head over heels for Pilates, turning it into a professional pursuit during my master's studies.
The past few years have been a whirlwind of courses, private lectures, and Pilates-related travels, all fuelled by my unwavering commitment to helping people get in better shape and live healthier lives. Being an instructor is no walk in the park; it's a hefty responsibility, and I'm all about constantly upping my game.
In my classes, I intertwine rehabilitation and classical Pilates, crafting a symphony of healing and strength in a seamless dance of restoration.
My ultimate goal? To transform my cozy studio into one of the best and to assemble the strongest, most kick-butt team around.

Physical activity has been ingrained in my life from an early age, beginning with my training at a ballet school as a child. As I grew, so did my passion for movement, leading me to explore various forms of exercise with the aspiration of becoming a trainer. I initially delved into stretching, enhancing my expertise through courses like "Stretching - Theory and Practice."

My journey expanded to include yoga and pilates, which quickly became my preferred activities. Initially, I honed my skills under the guidance of instructors, eventually pursuing formal training. I completed pilates instruction at the esteemed 'Aeroactive' center and obtained yoga teacher certification from the renowned 'House of Om,' along with specialized training in Yin yoga through "Yogarenew."

Continuing my quest for knowledge, I have participated in numerous workshops and training sessions, covering topics such as "Healthy Spine" at Aeroactive, "Shaping a Female Silhouette" at the Sports Training Center, and "Anatomy and Physiology" at Profi Fitness School. I've also explored specialized areas like "Core Exercises" at Harvard Medical School.

Believing in the transformative power of movement for both physical and mental well-being, I am committed to advancing my expertise in pilates. This led me to pursue studies at Balanced Body, renowned for its American certification program, recognized as one of the finest in the world.

From a young age, I’ve been captivated by movement and its impact on the body. My journey began at age 5, representing Poland in acrobatic rock’n’roll competitions. Those early dance experiences led me to discover Pilates, which has become a cornerstone of my life. For me, Pilates isn’t just about fitness—it’s about maintaining strength, flexibility, and mental peace.

As a physiotherapist, I see daily how Pilates positively transforms health and well-being, deepening my passion and helping me grow both personally and professionally.

Here are some of the courses and workshops I've completed:

  • Pilates Mat I

  • Reformer II

  • Integrating Pilates into Physiotherapy Practice

  • Therapeutic Pelvic Floor Training

  • Low Pressure Fitness: Respiratory and Fascial Techniques for Endometriosis Self-Therapy

  • Patient Workshops: Stress Release and Health Restoration

  • Orthopedic Studies, including Podiatry

  • Fitness Instructor Certification

Each of these experiences has enriched my understanding and application of movement therapy, further fueling my dedication to this field.

I’m an experienced dancer and Pilates instructor who loves creating workouts that are both effective and fun. My classes blend classical exercises with fitness elements on the Reformer, focusing on strengthening and sculpting the body while keeping the energy high.

I’ve completed training at the Trainer Education Academy, Zdrofit Academy, and the prestigious Patryk Tomaszewski School, and I bring this expertise to every session. My priority is ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and guiding participants to perform exercises correctly, so everyone feels safe and achieves their personal fitness goals.

What I love most is connecting with people and sharing my passion for movement and well-being. Let’s get stronger and have fun together!

Hey there, pals! I'm the fluffy supervisor AKA top dog here at the studio, and let me tell you, it's a ruff job but somebody's gotta do it! When I'm not busy making sure everyone's in downward dog or stealing socks (hey, a pup's gotta have hobbies!), you can usually find me sniffing around for treats, begging for some ear scratches, or challenging anyone up for a game of tug of war or fetch. Yep, I'm all about the good life: food, pets, playtime, and maybe the occasional mischief. So, if you need a little extra motivation in your workout or just wanna play, you know who to call—yours truly, the pilates studio's furry supervisor extraordinaire!
